摘要
传统位置控制系统很难满足高精度、高响应定位要求,文章对伺服系统跟随误差引起的机床加工外形误差进行了分析,提出了一种基于伺服系统前馈控制功能,调整伺服系统位置控制参数,抑制数控机床加工外形误差的方法。
Traditional position control system doesn't meet the requirements of high precision and high response positioning.Shape error caused by following error during machining is analyzed.The methods of adjusting position control parameters of servo system and controlling machining shape error based on feedforword control of servo system are introduced.
