In this paper the performance characteristic of reactive powder concrete is simply introduced. Reactive powder concrete is to be applied to telegraph pole. The finite element analysis software is used to analyse and calculate the two kinds of concrete telegraph poles. The result indicates obviously that the telegraph pole that is made of reactive powder concrete is superior to the common concrete telegraph pole in some aspects by the analysis and comparison of the last datas. As far as the application of project is concerned, it has definite referenced value.
