摘要
作为知识密集型的农业高新技术企业,企业的竞争优势直接来源于企业的人力资源优势,人力资源和人力资源管理的水平直接影响着农业高新技术企业的成败。我国的农业高新技术企业存在着激励机制不健全、没有系统的人力资源管理体系等问题,这将阻碍企业发展。文章介绍了农业高新技术企业人力资源的特点,并针对人力资源开发与管理中出现的问题,提出了相应的对策。
As a knowledge-intensive agricultural high-tech enterprises, the competitive advantage comes from the compe-titive advantages of enterprise and human resources directly. Human resources and human resources mana-gement level impact on the success or failure of the agricultural high-tech enterprises. Agricultural High-tech enterprises exist the problems of incentive mechanisms and no systematic human resources management system, which will binder the development of AHTE. This paper introduces the characteristics of human resources in agricultural high-tech enterprises, and according to the problems existing in human resource development and management, put forward corresponding countermeasures.
