摘要
装夹布局是弱刚度结构件加工变形的重要影响因素。以减小工件装夹的最大弹性变形量为目标,利用ABAQUS建立了弱刚度结构件的铣削加工装夹布局模型,并对各装夹方案进行了模拟分析,得出了最终的优化布局方案,采用该方案在加工过程中可以得到更低的变形量,变形分布更均匀。所提方法可应用于类似工件的夹具设计。
The effect of clamping distribution is an important factor in low-rigidity structure part deformation. To reveal the effect of locating points on the distortion of low-rigidity structure part, a model for reducing elastic deformation in clamping through optimal placement of fixture clamps around the workpiece is developed and carded out by ABAQUS FEM. The optimum scheme is developed to improve the overall workpiece deformation and distribution condition. The method can be applied to fixture design of other similar workpieces.
