摘要
根据热电偶理论利用计算机检测技术提出了一种不需要刀具材料接长棒或补偿电路,而利用切削过程形成的温度梯度,不需进行冷端补偿的测量切削温度的新方法,还提出了与该理论一致的自然热电偶快速标定方法。并根据原理设计了实验系统。通过与常规刀具材料接长棒补偿测温实验比较,得出该方法快捷可靠,可以代替常规实验。
An innovative cutting temperature test method was presented. Calibration and measurement can be performed directly on the condition of float temperature of the insert cold end by adding a chip of workpiece here, which makes the compensated circuit or the bar for extending the tool to be not necessary. The principle is induced by the theory of thermocouple and computeraided data processing system. Contrasting experiments of this method and traditional compensating was finished. The results show that the new method is reliable and be applied in the production environment.
