摘要 提高研磨抛光的加工效率是人们普遍关注的问题。由于研磨抛光的加工时间很长,单位时间的去除量很小,前工序的表面粗糙度对后工序的加工余量的影响很大。在这种情况下,单一工序的高效率并不能保证整个加工过程的总体上的高效率。本文提出了一种提高研磨抛光效率的新思路。通过建立工艺数据库,以缩短总的加工时间为目标,进行工序组合优化。本文给出了工序组合优化的策略和实现方法,并结合一个典型实例进行分析。结果表明,这种工序组合优化方法是有效的。 The improvement of abrasive machining efficiency including lapping and polishing has been focused by many researchers. Traditional conception has been formed that long machining time consumed by the lapping and polishing processes and very little material remove rate was got within unit times, it is difficult to decrease the bad effect of surface roughness generated by the former processing on the machining depth of the latter process. Then the local machining process with high efficiency could not enable the improvement of the whole lapping and polishing process under these situations. A novel solution was promoted to improve the efficiencies of the lapping and polishing processes through assemble the whole processing database to decrease the total machining times and optimize the procedure integration. The strategies for optimized procedure integration and implemental methods were discussed and a typical example was compared and analyzed, solution procedure and experimental results show excellent agreements for the improvements of efficiencies during lapping and polishing processes.
