摘要
建立了异佛尔酮合成产物的高效液相色谱分析方法。方法使用ODS柱,以甲醇-水为流动相,采用梯度洗脱,流速为1mL/min,紫外检测器波长采用程序变换。应用该方法.各产物的回收率均在98.67%~101.38%之间,相对标准偏差不超过2.438%,变异系数不超过0.02438。
A method was established for the analysis in isophorone synthesis products by HPLC. An ODS column was used with methyl alcoho-distilled water as mobile phase. The gradient elution was carried out and the flow rate was 1mL/min. The wavelength of the UV detector was switched according to program. The RSD was 〈2. 438%, the coefficient of variation was 〈0. 02438 and the recovery was 98.6%-101.38% for all products.
