摘要
我国广告行业的定位问题直到2006年才得以解决,即广告产业属于现代服务业,是文化产业的支撑。回顾我国广告产业的定位过程,分析广告产业定位模式对广告人才需求的影响,结论是广告产业需要复合型人才。
It is until 2006 that the orientation of Chinese advertising industry was clarified. The advertising industry falls into the category of modern service industry and is a support to cultural industry. This article reviews the process about the orientation of Chinese advertising industry and analyzes the influence of orientation pattern of advertising industry upon the demand for Ad talents. It concludes that advertising industry is in need of multi-skilled talented persons.
