中美经贸统计体制比较研究

Comparison on the Economic-and-Trade Statistical Systems Between China and the United States

本文从统计体制集中与分散的角度,对中美两国的经贸统计体制进行分析和对比,发现美国经贸统计体制相对集中,而中国经贸统计体制相对分散,进而提出在相关部委(局)之间和商务部职能司之间加强对经贸统计协调工作的建议。

From the viewpoint of centralization vs. decentralization, this paper compares the economic-and-trade statistical systems between China and the United States. The results show that U.S. economic-and-trade statistical system is relatively centralized while China＇s is relatively decentralized, and which is suggested to strengthen the coordination of statistical work among ministries of the Central Government, as well as among the departments within the Ministry of Commerce.
