摘要
为有效地治理工作面回风隅角瓦斯积聚,建立了回风隅角风流状态的三维物理模型,采用Fluent软件分别对回风隅角的主风流扩散通风、直流送风、旋流送风进行了3CFD数值模拟,并与实际应用进行了对比分析.结果表明,对回风隅角进行高压二次实心旋转水气射流通风(即旋流送风)的瓦斯治理比未加旋的高压水射流通风(即直流送风)涡流区消除范围更大,瓦斯驱散稀释效果更佳.
To dissipate gas accumulating in upcast comer of coalface effectively, three dimension physical model of airflow state in upcast comer of coalface was established, 3CFD numerical simulation was carried through to main airflow diffusing ventilation at savagery, direct airflow ventilation, spinning airflow ventilation, in upcast corner, it was analysed contrast to practice application. The result indicates that high pressure twirotary hydrosphere jet ventilation ( spinning airflow ventilation) is more vortex section eliminated, even more effect of discharging and diluting gas, than high pressure hydrosphere jet ventilation of no spinning (direct fluxion sending-off air).
