摘要
以50个矿业城市为样本,运用Malmquist-DEA模型测算了其1990—2004年全要素生产率的动态变化情况及变化来源,并对矿业城市的规模报酬状态及投入拥挤程度进行了分析.结果表明:我国矿业城市的全要素生产率有轻微提高,平均增长率为3%,技术进步显著;不同类型、区域的矿业城市效率差异明显;达到合理规模收益的矿业城市很少,大部分处于规模收益递增阶段,投入拥挤程度较高.
Based on 50 mining cities, the Malmquist - DEA model was used to estimate the total factor productivity (TFP) dynamic change of mining cities from 1990 to 2004 and analyzed the scale efficiency and input congestion level of mining cities. The results show that TFP of mining cities has a slightly greater improvement with obvious technical progress; different types of cities in different regions have significantly different efficiency; there are few mining cities achieving a reasonable scale return; most cities are in the period of increasing returns to scale and it shows a higher level of input congestion.
