多层螺旋CT三维重建技术对成人中耳内耳结构的显示研究 被引量:1

摘要 为探讨成人中耳、内耳解剖结构多层螺旋CT三维重建技术,对40例成人的中耳、内耳采用多层螺旋CT薄层扫描(层厚0.625mm),小视野(FOV=9.6cm),骨重建算法(BONE+),然后根据不同部位的解剖结构的特点进行多平面重建(MPR)、最大密度投影(MIP)、容积再现(VR)和仿真内镜成像(CTVE)显示。结果表明,中耳鼓室、听骨链、内耳及内耳道均获得了满意的三维图像。结论:多层螺旋CT三维成像技术能够全面准确直观地显示成人中耳、内耳立体结构,给临床提供了有力的帮助。
