重型汽车AMT系统转速信号滤波与测量

摘要 为了提高重型汽车电控机械式自动变速器的转速测量精度,从而提高装备有电控机械式自动变速器的重型汽车的动力性和燃油经济性,针对重型汽车中各旋转轴转速易受干扰且信号变化范围大的特点,提出了类有限脉冲响应数字滤波方法和以测周期法为基础的自调整动态多周期转速测量方法,并利用复杂可编程逻辑器件建立实验系统。实验结果表明,采用以上两种方法可以实现重型汽车全转速范围的高精度测量,并解决信号干扰问题,还能够有效协调转速测量与实时控制任务的执行。 In order to improve the metrical precision of the rotating speed in the truck automated mechanical transmission (AMT) system and then enhance the power and economic performance of the truck equipped with AMT system, ari analogous finite impulse response filtering algorithm and a self-ttmed dynamic multiple cycles measuring algorithm based on cycle measurement method are proposed to solve the problem that the rotating speed signal is disturbed strongly and the variational scope of the speed is large. Based on these two algorithms, an experimental system adopting complex programmable logic device is established. The experiment results show that the metrical precision of the speed is high within the whole scope of the rotating speed and the interferential issue is solved. Furthermore, the execution of the speed measurement task and the real-time control task can be harmonized effectively by adopting these algorithms.
