摘要 针对电子束加热是在真空室中进行,能量密度高、工件温度变化快、控制难度大、数学模型难以建立等特点,提出了系统解决方案及控制机理。利用LabVIEW软件中的模糊逻辑模块(Fuzzy Logic)及仿真模块(Simulation Module)建立系统仿真程序,并通过仿真曲线获得优化参数。实验表明,该控制系统具有动态响应快、调整时间短、稳态误差小、超调量小等特点,从而证明了在以高能密度的电子束为加工热源过程中,采用Fuzzy-PID控制技术对被加工件温度进行控制,可以获得理想的控制效果。 According to the features of high vacuum, high energy power, fast rate of temperature variation and the difficulty of exact mathematical model establishing in the temperature control system of electron beam processing, a novel adaptive fuzzy-PID control strategy is proposed. The purpose is to decide a mode from the fuzzy logic and PID control algorithms according to the absolute error of the target value and the measured temperature. To build the simulation block of the control system, the fuzzy logic module and simulation module in NI LabVIEW software are used, and the optimized control parameters are obtained from the simulation curves. The experiment result shows that the new designed controller has good dynamic characteristic, control accuracy and property of robust.
