摘要
通过采用Rockwell系列软件与Matlab软件的混合编程,实现在单台PC机上集成复杂工业过程的虚拟仿真实验系统。该系统具有监控层、控制层和对象层3层结构。其中,Matlab软件实现复杂工业过程模型的仿真,Rockwell系列软件实现控制器的仿真、编程、监控画面的组态等。重点介绍Matlab软件与组态软件通讯方法,通过球磨机典型的PID控制回路表明了该方法的可行性,为在实验室进行复杂工业过程控制系统的建模、控制与优化的研究提供了平台,具有较好的应用价值。
The realization of complex industrial process virtual experiment system which has the function of modeling and control is given and optimized on single PC by Rockwell series software and Matlab software. The platform has three layers which is monitor and control layer, control layer and object layer. The Matlab software realizes the function of simulating the complex industrial process object, and Rockwell series software realizes the function of simulating of the controller, programming, and the configuration of the mnnitor and control interface. The method of the communication between Matlab and configurable software is emphasized description. A classic PID loop is given to prove of the feasible of the method. The method provides an ideal platform for the early development of industrial control system and the research of the control arithmetic and optimize arithmetic, which has a widely application foreground.
