摘要 针对嵌入式系统由设计到应用开发周期较长的问题,提出了一种较快的开发方法,并用于AT89C52单片机对步进电机的控制实验。该方法基于Proteus提供的仿真平台,在进行整体系统仿真的同时调试软件程序,最终实现了单片机采用增量PID算法对两相步进电机的控制,并在快速制作PCB实验板的基础上完成整个系统研发。该方法不仅可以用于电机控制实验,还可推广至航天类控制器的制作及工业控制领域。实验结果证明,与传统方法相比,该方法提高了开发效率,同时也节约了对测量仪表投入的成本。 A fast design method of control systems of single chip microcomputer (SCM) is proposed and used in step motor control experiment with AT89C52 SCM. The method based on Proteus can make debug and simulation at the same time. The development of the system is finished by the printed circuit board (PCB) production. This method can be used in motor control experiments, and can be easily extended to the field of development of Astronautics and industrial control. The experimental results show that the method can save much developing time and cost of the measuring instruments.
