The aim of Teaching of Politics is to cultivate student＇s creativity and innovation capacity. The key is to optimize the teaching. It would be helpful to train student＇s creativity and innovation capacity if taking problem-based instruction, and also instructive for improving teaching of politics. The paper analyzes what is the problembased instruction and the important role of this method in Teaching of Politics. In the meantime, combining with teaching practice, it raised the effective approach of problembased instruction in teaching of Politics and some points that should be pay attention to.
