摘要
循证医学并不排斥临床医师的个体经验和能力,它主张在医师丰富的个体经验和扎实的诊疗能力上,结合世界范围内最新最佳的研究证据,根据每位患者的具体情况,制订出最佳的诊疗方案。中医教育应逐步探索如何培养学生既具有在中医理论体系指导下较好地运用诊疗手段的能力,又掌握科学的临床实践方法,成为以中医诊疗为主体,以循证医学为表现形式的新型中医师。将循证医学理念引入中医教育,不会改变中医理论的精神实质,并使中医教学体系更加趋于系统和完善。运用循证医学理念指导中医教学,可使中医突破传统教学模式的巢臼,适应新时期社会对高层次中医人才的需要。
Evidence-based medicine(EBM) does not exclude doctor's individual experience and ability but advocates that besides the doctor's abundant experience and steady professional ability, the latest clinical evidences in the world should also be taken into consideration to make the optimum medical plans according to specific conditions of individual patient. Therefore, in the education of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), more efforts should be made to cultivate students into a new type of TCM doctors who can not only diagnose and treat diseases under the guidance of TCM theory, but also develop the scientific clinical approach of EBM. Introducing the concept of EBM into TCM education will not impair the soul of TCM, but make the theory of TCM more systematic and perfect. Applying the concept of EBM to direct TCM education may break the stereotype of conventional teaching so as to meet the demand of our soeietv for senior talents of TCM in the new era.
