摘要
从中医药人力资源流向状况出发,对中医药卫生行业人才流失情况、流向现状、原因及流向趋势进行全方位分析,并提出了一些防范举措,以期引起中医药人力管理部门广泛重视,做好中医药人才流失的防范工作。
With a view to flow direction of human resources of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), the author makes a systemic analysis of current situation, cause and tendency of brain drain in TCM industry and advaces some countermeasures. By doing this, the author wants to amuse the extensive attention of administration section of TCM personnel to adopt effective measures to prevent the brain drain of TCM.
