摘要
为研究栓流密相气力输送气固两相流的能耗特性,参照某工业装置气力输送系统按1:1进行试验台改造,根据工程经验选定了影响输送能耗的几个关键因素及其取值范围。采用正交法对输送粉煤灰的能耗特性进行试验,确定了影响输送能耗的主次因素及最佳工艺条件,并对试验结果进行了生产验证,得出了1m3的仓泵输送平均粒径为23μm、堆积密度为800kg/m3的粉煤灰,在最佳工艺条件下,输送距离为315m(水平段为300m,垂直段为15m)的最小输送能耗为1263.58kN.m。
To study the energy consumption characteristics of the gas-solid two-phase flow in the plug flow dense phase pneumatic conveying,the test bed is modified based on a 1∶1 model of the pneumatic conveying system of a commercial plant.Key factors which affect the energy consumption for conveying,as well as their value ranges,are selected according to engineering experiences.Experiment is conducted on the energy consumption characteristics of fly ash conveying using the orthogonal method,which has determined the primary and secondary factors which affect the energy consumption of conveying,and the optimum process conditions.Production verification is done for the experimental results.For a silo pump of 1 m3 conveying fly ash with an average conveying particle size of 23 μm,and bulk density of 800 kg/m3,at the optimum process conditions,and a conveying distance of 315 m(horizontal section is 300 m,and vertical section is 15 m),the minimum energy consumption for conveying is 1 263.58 kN·m.
