摘要
概述了硫酸腐蚀的复杂性和特点,介绍了我国自行研究和开发的硫酸工业用的一些特种金属材料的特点、力学性能、耐腐蚀性能和应用,主要包括耐热钢、稀硫酸用特种不锈钢、高温浓硫酸用特种不锈钢,讨论了几种硫酸特殊用泵的选材特点,并简略探讨了今后的发展思路。
The complexity and characteristics of corrosion by sulfuric acid are summarized,the features,mechanical property,corrosion-resistant property and applications of some special metallic materials for the sulfuric acid industry as a result of research and development in China are described,which mainly include heat-resistant steel,special stainless steel for dilute sulfuric acid,and special stainless steel for high temperature concentrated sulfuric acid.The properties of several materials for special pumps for sulfuric acid application are discussed,and the development trend is outlined.
