摘要 主要介绍重庆朝天门长江大桥主桥钢桁架拱桥在设计、钢桁梁制造、施工技术、关键技术研究方面的技术特点与创新,施工中克服了桥梁结构复杂、施工中结构受力状态变化大、施工布置难度大等困难。该大桥为世界最大跨度拱桥;主桥中点支座为世界上承载力最大的球形铰抗震支座;在国内钢桥永久结构设计中,首次采用主桥下系杆"钢制杆件+辅助系索"的组合式预应力系杆等一系列新技术、新材料、新工艺、新设备,是我国大跨度钢桁拱桥设计创新的代表作。 The paper describes the technical characteristics and innovation in the design, manufacture of steel girders, construction technologies and research of key technologies of the steel girder bridge for the main section of Chaotianmen Bridge over the Changjiang River in Chongqing. The complexity in the structure of the bridge, large variation of strained conditions in the structure during the construction and difficulties in construction scheduling were overcome during the construction of the bridge. The bridge is an arch bridge with the largest span in the world. The mid-point bearings of the main bridge are the ball type seismic resistant bearings with the largest bearing capacity in the world. In the design of the permanent structures of steel bridges in China, it was the first time to adopt a series of new technologies, new materials, new processes and new equipment like the combined prestressed tying system of steel members with auxiliary anchorage cables for the tie members of the main bridge and the bridge was a representation of the innovation in the design of large-span arch bridge of steel girders in China.
