利用纵横向可自由移动桩架插板船提高水上插板效率

摘要 随着水上地基处理项目愈来愈多,塑料排水板作为常规的地基处理施工方法,更多地被应用到水上地基处理中,而水上打设排水板是一项费时低效的施工工作。文章介绍神华黄骅港外航道整治工程三标段引进并改造的双向移动打设船水上高效打设塑料排水板的技术。结果表明,与普通打设船相比,可提高工效三分之一以上,经济效益可观。 With more and more soil improvement projects being executed on water, prefabricated drains, being the common material for soil improvement, are more and more often used in the improvement of underwater soil foundations. But installation of prefabricated drains on water is a time-consuming and inefficient job. The paper describes the technology to install prefabricated drains with a high efficiency with a modified prefabricated drain installing barge equipped with a driving guiding moving both directions for the works to regulate the exterior waterways for Huanghua Port under Contract No.3. Compared with the ordinary fabricated drain installing barges, the modified prefabricated drain installing barge increases the working efficiency by more than 1/3 and produces significant economic benefits.
