The Police Power under the Prospect of Constitutionalism

在我国的宪政建设中,警察权应当何去何从,是值得深思的问题。现代宪政制度中警察权的含义、性质,随时代发展发生了变化,从而影响到了它与公民权的关系,这对我国未来警察权体制的构建提出了新的挑战。

The article studies the concept and feature of constitutionalism, and then at the same time combines the concept and natures of police power. In this way it analyzes the constitutional base of the police power, the situations of constitutional system, the relation in the police power and the civil rights. At last, it puts forward some suggestions for the police power in our future constitutional system.
