摘要
经过十多年的发展,我国刑事诉讼法的再修改已提上日程。其再修改,必须在和谐理念指导下进行。立案程序的改革,也必须以和谐理念为指导。立案程序作为刑事诉讼活动的启动程序,其重要性不言而喻。然而,当前立案程序中仍存在不少问题,亟待改进。
Our country＇s criminal procedure law has undergone over ten year＇s development. Its revision has proposed again. Criminal procedure law＇s revision must carry on under certain idea instruction. Now, the harmonious social idea has already penetrated into every aspect, criminal procedure law＇s revision must carry on under the harmonious idea instruction. File procedure＇s reform must take the harmony idea as the instruction also. The file procedure starts the criminal procedure, its importance is obvious. However, current file procedure has many problems.
