摘要
在反垄断法领域,结构规制模式与行为规制模式是独占控制制度的两种基本类型。根据我国的经济现状,结构规制模式的特点更符合当前反垄断控制的需要,而且也有利于促进反垄断立法的完善。
The behaviorism pattern and the structuralism pattern are the basic types in the system of controlling monopoly in antitrust law. According to the status quo of China＇ s economy and the value and characteristics of stmcturalism pattern, the passage draws a conclusion that taking structuralism pattern is advantageous to perfect the antimonopoly legislation in China.
