摘要 识别供应链协同并进行合理的整合是供应链运作成功与否的关键。在分析协同效应概念的基础上,从有形协同与无形协同两个方面探讨供应链协同机会的识别,从而揭示供应链管理协同行为与竞争优势,并由此提出实现供应链协同效应的应培植以知识共享为基础的企业文化、建立信任机制、完善供应链集成化协同管理信息系统。 The key to the success of operation in supply chain is to identify synergies and carry out reasonable integration in supply chain. Based on the concept of synergy,the paper,identifying synergy opportunities from visible and invisible synergy,revealing the cooperative behavior and competitive advantages in supply chain,points out that the corresponding means to achieve the synergy effect is to foster corporate culture on the basis of knowledge-sharing build confidence mechanism, and improve the integrated supply chain management information system.
