In order to explore the ways and means of medium-sized enterprises realizing independent innovation value,after analysing data,we found they have some opposite predominance and some opposite inferior-position in realizing independent innovation value. And after reviewing abundant literature, we thimle medium-sized enterprises can realize independent innovation value by shadowboxing tactic, grade-difference tactic and intergrowth tactic.
