供应链企业间知识转移中的知识破损及对策研究

Research on knowledge damage and countermeasures in knowledge transfer between enterprises of supply chain

知识转移作为知识管理中的一个重要环节,是提升企业竞争能力的有效途径。从供应链知识转移的效果出发,提出了衡量供应链知识转移效果的指标——知识破损率,分析了知识破损的成因,最后提出了解决这一问题的一些对策。

Knowledge transfer is an important link of knowledge management and an effective way to improve the competitiveness of enterprises. From the effects of knowledge transfer in supply chain, knowledge damage rate ,which is a performance indicator to measure the effect of knowledge transfer,is presented. The reasons of knowledge are analyzed and some countermeasures are put forward.
