民营企业的红筹之路——上市前重组及上市地点选择问题

Road of private enterprises listed overseas as red-chips——Research on the study of its restructure before listing and choice of listing location

针对民营企业红筹上市前重组问题以及其上市地点的选择进行了研究。文章从外商投资的产业政策、民营企业生产经营情况以及重组资金来源3个方面讨论了民营企业重组前所要考虑的问题。另外,通过各个上市地点的利弊分析,比较得出适合于民营企业红筹上市的地点。

This paper takes the study of restructure before listing and choice of listing location as subjects,mainly talking about the problems that private enterprises have to face before listing from the views of industrial policies of foreign investments,situations of production and business and source of restructure capital. And then through the comparisons among the advantages and disadvantages of listing locations, it points out the suitable place for private enterprises listed overseas as red-chips.
