机场企业科技创新体系的研究

Study on technological innovation system for airport enterprises

从实践和理论结合的基础上,分析了影响机场企业科技创新能力的内外层环境,提出了科技创新体系的三大组成要素,即科技管理组织体系、科技管理制度体系和科技资源配置体系,在分析了三者的关系基础上阐述了机场企业如何建立科技创新体系。

By combining the achievements of practice and theories,this paper analyzes the inside and outside environments affecting the technological innovation system for airport enterprises, and proposes three key elements of the system,namely,organization system,regulation system and resource allocation system. This paper also illustrates how to establish technological innovation system for airport enterprises by analyzing the relationship among the three elements.
