摘要
探讨端粒酶活化在大肠癌发生发展中的作用。方法:采用PCR技术对32例手术切除大肠癌及其癌旁组织及4例大肠腺瘤的端粒酶活性进行检测。结果:32例大肠癌组织有25例检出端粒酶活性,阳性率为78.1%。2例绒毛状腺瘤检出端粒酶活性,2例管状腺瘤为阴性。端粒酶活化与肿瘤部位、大小、组织学分级、浸润深度、淋巴结转移及Dukes分期无显著相关。结论:检测大肠癌组织端粒酶活性对阐明大肠癌的发病机理、癌变危险性的预测及早期诊断均可能有重要意义。
Aims:To evaluate the role of telomerase activity in the development and progression of colorectal cancer. Methods: The telomerase activity was examined by PCR in 32 colorectal cancer with para-tumor tissue and 4 colonal adenomas resected surgically. Results: It was found that telomerase activity was positive in 25 of 32(78.1%) of colorectal cancer tissue regardless of tumor location, size, histological grade, invasion, lymph-node metastasis and Dukes' stages. Telomerase activity was positive in 2 specimens of colonal villous adenomas, but negative in 2 tubular adenomas. Conclusions: The expression of telomerase may play a crucial role in colorectal carcinogenesis and detection telomerase activity may be helpful in predicting malignant change and early diagnosis of colorectal cancers.
