研究生校院两级非学术性管理理念探究

针对高校目前对研究生非学术管理的方法进行了比较研究,并对校院两级管理模式下的非学术管理理念和方法进行浅入探究,引入"以人为本"的管理理念,提倡研究生自我管理,并变管理育人为服务育人,结合心理健康教育和就业教育等提出一些行之有效的措施,切实提高研究生管理效能。

This article at present has conducted the comparison research and in view of the universities to the graduate student non-academic management method, and carries on to under the campus two levels of management patterns non-academic management idea and the method shallowly enters inquired into,introduction ＂humanist＂ the management idea,advocate the graduate student self-management,and changes the management yuren nurtures the human for the clothing,the union psychologically healthy education and the career exploration and so on proposed some effective measures, enhance the graduate student to manage the potency earnestly.
