摘要
目的:探讨抗L型钙通道自身抗体与高血压患者合并心脏形态功能异常的相关性。方法:以人工合成人Cav1.2多肽片段作为抗原,用ELISA方法检测60例高血压合并心脏形态功能异常患者、30例一般高血压患者及45例正常对照组血清中的抗钙通道抗体,并对抗体阳性及阴性高血压患者的心脏彩超结果进行比较。结果:高血压患者合并心脏形态功能异常组抗钙通道抗体阳性率为46.7%(28/60),显著高于一般高血压组(5/30,16.7%)及正常对照者(3/45,6.67%,P<0.01)。高血压患者抗体阳性组与阴性组E/A比值有显著差异(P<0.01)。结论:高血压患者血清中抗L钙通道自身抗体可能与心脏形态功能异常有关。
Objective:To study the relationship of autoantibodies against L-type Ca^2+ channel with cardiac functions and morphology in hypertensive patients. Methods: A peptide corresponding to the sequence of the S1 segmnent, domain I of Human Cav1.2 subunit was used as coating antigen to screen autoantibodies against L-type Ca^2+ channel in sera of 60 patients with hypertension and cardiac abnormal changes, 30 hypertensive patients without cardiac lesions and 45 healthy persons. The results of UCG were used as the parameter to evaluate cardiac lesions. Results:The positive rate of autoantibodies against the L-type Ca^2+ channel (28/60,46.7%) in patients with hypertension and cardiac abnormal changes was higher than in hypertensive patients without cardiac abnormal changes and healthy peoples ( P 〈 0.01) .The E/A of hypertensive patients with the autoantibodies was significantly lower than those without the autoantibodies ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion: The autoantibodies against the L-type Ca^2+ channel in hypertensive patients may be associated with abnormal changes in cardiac function and morphology.
