摘要
随着新劳动合同法的实施,对企业的劳动用工产生了深远的影响。文章认真分析了企业在辞退员工时所面临的各种风险,并针对性地提出了防范法律风险的对策措施。
The implementation of the new Labor Contract Law has caused great influence on the employment in enterprises. The paper analyzes in detail various risks enterprises are facing when dismissing employees and proposes corresponding measures to prevent the legal risks.
