胃泌素与大肠癌研究进展

摘要胃泌素与大肠癌关系的研究在近十多年来受到了国内外学者的广泛关注。分子生物学手段的运用以及实验和临床研究的不断深入使之取得了可喜的进展。对于1991年以前该问题的研究情况我们已作过较为详尽的综述,本文就近五年来国内外的近况,结合我们所作的一些初步工作分三个方面介绍。
