摘要
项目导向型社会是由相互联系、相互作用的主体构成的复杂适应系统。项目导向型社会结构模型研究是现代项目管理的一个重要的研究领域。文章基于复杂性科学理论中的复杂适应系统(CAS)理论,建立并分析了项目导向型社会结构模型,为深入研究项目导向型社会提供理论基础。
The POS （Project-Oriented Society） can be seen as a complex adaptive system constituted of interrelate agents. The agents refer to the POC （Project Oriented Company）, the POG （Project Oriented Government）, and some organizations involving education,research and agency. The POG is superintendent, the POC is motivation, educational and researching organizations respectively provide intellectual and knowledge. The agency is just like a bridge supplying relevant service in this model. The researches about social structural model of POS are the important domain in modem project management, providing the theoretical base for further researches.
