摘要
家族企业是否社会化以及家族企业社会化采取什么路径和方式,在很大程度上取决于企业家自身的行为。而企业家的行为受到许多因素的影响,主要包括感觉、直觉、思维、情感、能力或技能、知识与教育、经验或经历、继承资源、发展资源等9种因素,它们共同影响着家族企业家行为,并决定了家族企业社会化的程度。通过建立家族企业家行为的模糊抉择模型,并利用模糊评价法对调查结果进行分析验证,可以得到与现实情况比较一致的结论。
Whether a family business should undergo socialization and how it will be socialized are largely decided by the entrepreneur's own actions, which in turn are decided by the following nine factors: his perception, intuition, thoughts, feelings, abilities (or skills), knowledge and education, experience (or experi- ences), the inherited resources, and the resources for further development. Working together, these nine factors exert great impacts on the entrepreneur's behavior and decide the degree to which his family business can be socialized. In order to observe the behaviors of the family business entrepreneurs a fuzzy decision model is first established in this paper, and then the findings of the observations are analyzed and validated by using a fuzzy evaluation method. By so doing, such a conclusion can be reached that what has been found is fairly in agreement with the realities.
