摘要
墨西哥落羽杉耐盐能力可达5g/L,在该浓度下大多能正常生长。同时,试验还比较了复选出的11个墨西哥落羽杉无性系在5g/LNaC l浓度下的生长量、生长势、成活率以及电导率4个指标,结果显示该4个性状在参试的无性系间差异均达显著水平,表明开展墨西哥落羽杉耐盐无性系选育是可行的。
The results showed that Taxodium mucronatum could tolerate up to 5g/L, most plants could grow under that NaCl concentration, 11 clones were compared for their salt -tolerance under 5g/L NaCl concentration, the results revealed that there was significant variation existed among 11 clones for their salt - tolerance in terms of growth, growth vigour, survival rate and electrical conductivity.
