泵复用技术在汽油在线调合系统中的应用

摘要 介绍了汽油自动调合系统的构成、特性及工作原理。提出采用泵复用技术可以实现一个调合泵对应几个汽油组分的功能。实践表明,该技术不仅能实现对汽油组分用量的全范围覆盖,而且还能在保证汽油在线调合系统正常运行的前提下,增加系统的柔性,节省在线调合系统建设投资。 On-line blending system in automatic way is introduced for its constitution,character and operation principle.It is pointed out that pump reusing technology can realize the function of one pump for several gasoline compositions.Practices show that the technology can not only put the full coverage of the gasoline composition into practice,but also ensure system's flexibility under normal operation condition of the on-line gasoline system,and build the blending system economically as well.
