摘要
介绍了输油泵机械密封的结构和工作原理,以乌鲁木齐-兰州成品油管道投产过程中苏尔寿输油泵机械密封失效的四种情况为例,分析了密封非正常损坏的原因,并提出了有效的预防措施。
The structure and operation principle of mechanical seal of oil pump are introduced in the paper. Taking 4 failures of mechanical seal of Sulzer Pump during commissioning process of WuLan Oil Pipeline for example,the author analyzes the failure cause of mechanical seal of Sulzer Pump and meanwhile 4 effective measures to protect the mechanical seal are presented.
