Strategies for Prevention of Nosocomial Infection in Neonatal Intensive Care Unit

摘要 新生儿重症监护室(NICU)感染的高发生率,常是重症患儿晚期死亡的重要原因。有效预防NICU医院感染策略是综合的,应包括连续监控和监测医院感染率与病原菌分布、强调以洗手为重点的医务人员的卫生管理、做好患儿用物管理和医疗污物处理、规范的医疗仪器设备消毒和病房卫生管理、严格掌握抗生素的应用指征、针对高危因素采取相应措施、对医务人员进行培训和医院感染信息反馈,并在工作中加以改进。NICU布局合理设施完善和严格探视制度在我国现阶段应予重视。
