摘要
本文围绕新型水合物化学抑制剂在海上油气田现场应用过程中将遇到的管道输送工艺设计技术方面的问题开展实验研究,首次以海上凝析油气田现场采集的油、水和按组分配置的天然气为实验介质,加入国内自主研制的水合物防聚剂,在内径25.4 mm、长为20 m的水平环道上进行了水合物浆液流动模拟实验,并结合利用柴油进行实验所得结果,总结分析了耗气量、浆液流量和压降等参数随反应时间的变化规律,对新型水合物化学抑制剂在油田现场应用中的管道工艺设计具有指导意义。
When new types of hydrate chemical inhibitor are used in offshore fields, some difficulties will be encountered in the pipe transportation processing design. In view of these difficulties, a horizontal flow experiment pipe loop of transparent polypropylene pipe (25.4 mm inner diameter, 20 m long) is constructed, and some experiments were conducted. The working fluids are the mixed paraffin hydrocarbons, water and condensate oil mixtures obtained from offshore oil field. Anti-agglomerant used in this experiment is developed by China University of Petroleum (Beijing) and CNOOC Research Center. At different experiment conditions, the variable characteristics of some parameters (gas consumption, slurry flow rates and pressure drop) have been obtained. These experimental results can be used to direct pipe transportation processing design during new types of hydrate chemical inhibitors are applied in oil fields.
