摘要
以11-巯基烷酸作为修饰剂,在水相中合成了CdSe/ZnS量子点荧光探针(QDs),并将其用于测定牛血清白蛋白。从透射电子显微镜看到该量子点外观近似球形,粒径约为15nm。该核/壳量子点紫外吸收峰为460nm,荧光发射峰为548nm,其荧光强度比单核量子点增强2.1倍。而且在至少40d里,荧光强度基本保持稳定。在最佳条件下,实验表明了CdSe/ZnSQDs-BSA体系的荧光强度与BSA浓度呈线性关系,线性响应范围为10.0~50.0mg/L,线性方程为ΔF=141.29+1.259c(c:mg/L),r=0.9991。该方法应用于合成样品的测定中得到满意的结果。
The CdSc/ZnS quantum dots of the fluorescent probe were synthesized and modified by using 11-mercaptoundecanoic acid in aqueous solution and were used to test BSA. The quantum dots with a ball-like appearance and a particle size equating to 15 nanometers were investigated by TEM. The ultraviolet visible spectra peak of the core/shell quantum dots was at 460 nanometers. The photoluminescence spectra peak of the core/shell quantum dots was at 548 nm, with its fluorescence intensity of core/ shell quantum dots being 2.1 times higher than that of core quantum dots, and the fluorescence intensity was stable at least in 40 days. Under optimum conditions, the experiments revealed that the fluorescence intensity in the system of CdSe/ZnS QDs-BSA was linearly proportional to the concentration of BSA in the range from 10 mg/L to 50 mg/L.The linear equation was △F = 141.29 + 1.259c(mg/L) .This method can provide a satisfactory result in its application for detecting synthetic samples.
