气相色谱外标定量法分析异丙硫醇含量 被引量:4

摘要 利用GC9800TFP型气相色谱仪分析了化学合成的异丙硫醇含量。结果表明:在柱温50℃、汽化室温度150℃、检测器温度150℃、载气流速1.4mL/min、分流比50∶1、进样量2μL的条件下,色谱分离效果好。以峰面积外标法定量,测得精密度实验的标准偏差为7.12×10-4,回收率在98.75%~101.25%之间。外标法不需要校正因子,准确性较高,操作简单,适用于大批量试样的快速分析。 GC ( gas chromatography ) equipped with a capillary column was applied to determine isopropyl mereaptan in the product. The optimal separation conditions were obtained when the column temperature was 50 ℃, the injection temperature was 150 ℃,the detector temperature was 150 ℃, the flow rate of carrier gas was 1.4 mL/min, the split rate was 50 : 1 and the sample size was 2 ttL. The quantification was based on the super area-external standard method. The standard deviation on precision of test results was 7.12 × 10^-4 and the recovery rate was 98.75 % - 101.25%. The results demonstrated that the method had the 'advantage of rapid, and simple operation, good selectivity and high accuracy.
