摘要
根据宝钢原燃料性能和质量变化分析,结合高炉冶炼机理和生产操作实践,研究探讨原燃料条件劣化后的操作应对技术,提出高炉控制技术优化和改进对策,以确保高炉稳定顺行。
Along with the dramatic increase of iron and steel output, the supply of iron ore become more and more intense, and the quality of raw material for blast furnace become lower and lower. It has a strong impact on the blast furnace operation. By analysis on the raw material characteristics and its quality variation, this paper probes into the technical countermeasures to deal with the variation of raw material in conjunction with the smelting mechanism of blast furnace and operation practice in Baostel, and puts forward the suggestions on control improvement and optimization to ensure the stable and smooth production of blast furnace.
