论技术教育的三重特性

On the Tri-Characters of Technical Education

职业教育的核心是技术教育。技术教育是与科学教育不同的教育活动,技术教育以技术知识传授和掌握为目标,通过与科学知识的融合来培养技术人才。技术教育具有三个方面的基本特性:在内容特性上,技术教育是以技术知识传授为主,又同科学知识相互联系相互作用;在价值特性上,技术教育展示了技术的内在价值,为技术价值和技术劳动者价值的实现创造了条件;在社会特性上,技术教育发挥着社会权力结构分配模式的作用,同时具有支持社会权力结构形成和促使社会权力结构变革的民主功能。技术教育是哲学社会科学需要重视的新的研究领域。

The core of vocational education is technical education which is different from the scientific education.The aim of technical education is imparting technical knowledge and mastering it,and training technical talents through the amalgamation of scientific knowledge.There are three basic characters in technical education: in contents,it mainly imparts technical knowledge,meanwhile it connects with scientific knowledge and interacts with the latter;in value,it shows the inner value of technology,and creates the condition for the realization of the value of technology and the value of technical workers;on the character of society,it serves as the mode for the distribution of social power,meanwhile it also has the democratic function of supporting the formation of structure in social power and promoting the change of structure in social power.Technical education is a new research field which should be thought highly of by philosophy and social sciences.
