摘要
综合标准化是前苏联标准化工作者的重要创造,其基本原理是科学的,较之传统方法具有明显的优越性。文章介绍了综合标准化产生和发展的历史、国内的研究成果及其曲折经历,论述了重提综合标准化的必要性。文章强调指出:综合标准化是企业标准化的发展方向,是实现计划经济时代的标准化向现代标准化历史性转变的具有普遍意义的优选模式。
Comprehensive standardization is an important creation of standardization workers in former Soviet Union. Its basic principle is scientific, and has clear superiority. The essay introduces history of birth, development, research achievement and tortuous experience of comprehensive standardization as well as necessity to bring it up again. The article stresses that comprehensive standardization is development orientation of enterprise standardization, and that it is an optimum model of universal importance to realize a historic transformation from planned economic standardization to modem one.
