摘要 介绍了一种酒石酸盐电镀铜锌合金仿金工艺,并给出了工艺流程、镀液配方和操作条件。阐述了镀液中各组分的作用,工艺参数对镀液和镀层性能的影响,以及镀液的维护。以酒石酸盐作为主配位剂可降低镀液的毒性和环境危害性。该镀液稳定,分散能力和深镀能力好。镀层呈黄金色,光亮致密,结合力好,适合用作碳钢制品表面装饰。 A cyanide-free tartrate Cu-Zn alloy electroplating process for imitation gold was introduced. The process flow, bath formulation and operation conditions were given. The role of individual component in the plating bath, the effects of process parameters on bath and coating, as well as the bath maintenance were expatiated. The use of tartrate as main complexing agent decreases the toxicity of plating bath and environmental harm. The bath is stable and has good throwing and covering power. The coating is golden, bright, compact and well-adherent. The process is suitable for decorating the surface of carbon steel products.
