摘要
根据航空相机光学系统的特点和使用要求,确定了以环氧渗透性封固底漆、环氧树脂底漆、黑色消光漆为基础的具有消光能力和较高耐蚀性的涂装方法。研究了底漆、面漆的选择要求及涂膜性能。介绍了耐蚀性消光涂层涂装工艺流程和规范,获得了外表面厚230μm、内表面厚30μm、反射率小于5.42%的消光涂层。该涂层通过了96h中性盐雾试验和湿热试验检测,适用于航空相机光学系统的涂装生产。
According to the characteristics and application requirement of aerial camera optical system, a coating method with extinction and good corrosion resistance was established based on permeation type epoxy seal primer, epoxy primer and black flat paint. The selection requirements of primer and surface lacquer, and film's performance were studied. The coating process flow and specifications were introduced. An anticorrosive extinction coating was obtained with exterior coating thickness of 230 inner coating thickness of 30 lain and reflectance less than 5.42%. The coating passed 96 h of neutral salt spray and damp heat tests; it is suitable for use in coating production of aerial camera optical system.
